During a live event

Everything here can be read without leaving the game. Music keeps playing and nothing resets.

How do I start the next round?

On the host screen tap Call Next, or Next Song in a music game. In a quiz or a lyrics game it is the reveal button. Nothing needs resetting between rounds - just keep calling.

How do I pause the game?

Stop calling. The game holds its place, so the room can wait. In music games, pause the track from the now playing panel or from Spotify itself. Pausing never loses called items.

How do I show the QR code?

Tap the QR button on the host screen. It opens full screen so the room can scan it. If a guest still cannot join, share the event link instead - the code and the link do the same thing.

How do I check a winner?

A winner alert appears on the host screen as soon as a card completes. Open the players panel to see that card against the called items, confirm it, then play the winner sound effect.

How do I restart?

Tap Reset to clear the called items and start a fresh round with the players still connected. Use End Game only when you are finishing for the night.

How do I reconnect the music?

Open Spotify on the host device and press play once, then come back and call the next item. If you are playing uploaded audio files there is nothing to reconnect - check the speakers instead.

How do I end the game?

Tap End Game. The final board and placings are shown, and the players stay in the event until you close it. You can start another game in the same event straight afterwards.

A guest is stuck or cannot see the game

Ask them to reload the page - their card comes back automatically. If that does not fix it, check they are on the venue wifi and that the game is still active on your screen.
