The Enterprise feature is managed by an admin user. Once set up, you can delegate day-to-day management to hosts via team roles.

Navigate to Dashboard β†’ Manage Enterprises (admin only). This is where all venue records live.

1
Click "New Venue" in the top right corner. The Enterprise Setup Form will appear.
2
Fill in the required fields (marked with *). See the full field reference below.
3
Click Save. Your venue is now created and appears in the list.

Setup Form Fields

Venue Name *Your organisation or venue name, e.g. 'The Crown Pub' or 'Acme Corp Events'.
Contact Email *Primary contact β€” used for internal reference and the 'Get in Touch' button on your player page.
Support EmailSeparate support address if different from the contact email.
WebsiteYour venue or company website URL (shown as a link on the player page).
LogoUpload or paste a URL for your venue logo. Shown on the hero banner and throughout the experience.
Banner ImageA wide hero image for your player page (recommended 1920Γ—500px). If none is set, a gradient using your brand colours is shown instead.
Primary & Secondary ColourYour two main brand colours in hex format (e.g. #7c3aed). These drive the gradient used across your enterprise page, game screens, and cards.
Max EventsMaximum number of events this venue is allowed to create. Default 100.
Max Team MembersMaximum number of staff accounts. Default 50.
Allowed GamesTick each game mode this venue can use: Traditional Bingo, Numbers (Big Day), I Do Bingo, Music/Themed Bingo, American 75-Ball.
Mini Games EnabledToggle to allow the venue to run Speed Trivia, Wedding Shoe Game, and other mini-games.
StatusActive = venue is visible and usable. Inactive = hidden from all views.
NotesInternal admin notes β€” not shown to venue staff.
Tip: You can bulk-import multiple venues at once using the CSV Import button next to "New Venue". Download the template, fill it in, and upload.

After creating the venue, open the Edit form to upload your logo, set brand colours, and add a banner image. These three items are the foundation of your entire branded experience.

1
From Manage Enterprises, click Edit on your venue.
2
Upload your Logo (PNG with transparent background works best, min 200Γ—200px).
3
Upload a Banner Image β€” a wide, high-quality photo of your venue or event (1920Γ—500px or similar).
4
Set your Primary Colour (dominant brand colour) and Secondary Colour (accent colour). These generate the gradient used everywhere.
5
Click Save.
If you skip the banner, the player page hero will use a gradient based on your brand colours. This still looks great β€” especially with a logo set.
Tip: Use your logo's dominant colour as Primary and a complementary colour as Secondary for the best visual harmony.

Team members are staff who need access to manage or host games at your venue without being a full platform admin.

1
Open the Edit form for your venue in Manage Enterprises.
2
Scroll to the Team Members section. Click "Add Member".
3
Enter the team member's name, email, role (admin, host, or viewer), and their plan level.
4
Save the form. The team member can now log in and access the venue pages.

Role Permissions

Admin (team)Can manage venue content (promotions, events, sponsors, live promo, corporate branding) and host games. Cannot edit the enterprise record itself β€” only a platform admin can do that.
HostCan manage content and host games. Same permissions as team admin for day-to-day operations.
ViewerRead-only access. Can view the enterprise host page but cannot make changes or host games.
Team members must already have a registered account on the platform. The email must match their login email exactly.
Tip: If a team member manages multiple venues (e.g. a regional manager), add them to each venue separately. They'll see a venue switcher when they log in.

Control exactly which game modes are available to your venue's hosts.

Available Game Modes

Traditional Bingo 🎱Classic UK-style bingo with 90 balls, called numbers, and win conditions (line, two lines, full house).
Numbers Bingo πŸ”’ (Big Day)Number bingo where each number is associated with a song clip. Great for music-themed events.
I Do Bingo πŸ’•Wedding bingo β€” players mark off wedding-related phrases as the host calls them out.
Music/Themed Bingo 🎸Song-based bingo using your own custom theme or the shared theme library. Each cell is a song title or image.
American 75-Ball πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈBINGO-column format with B/I/N/G/O header, free space in the middle, and 75 balls.
Mini Games πŸ•ΉοΈSpeed Trivia, Wedding Shoe Game, Higher or Lower, and Matching Pairs. Requires Mini Games to be enabled.

To change the allowed games, edit the venue and toggle each game mode on or off in the Allowed Games section. Changes take effect immediately.

If a host tries to start a game type that's not in the allowed list, the option will simply not appear on their dashboard.

The Content Manager (/EnterpriseContentManager) is where you manage everything that appears on your public player page and player devices. Access it via Enterprise Host β†’ Manage Content, or directly from the Venue Dashboard.

Fill in all the branding fields (see below).

Corporate Branding applies to all games hosted under this venue. To run an unbranded game alongside a branded one, you would need a second venue record.

Big Day Versions (Song Lists) let you pre-configure named playlists for Numbers Bingo. Your hosts can then launch a full event with a single tap β€” no configuration needed at game time.

1
Go to Content Manager β†’ Big Day Versions tab.
2
Click "Add Version" and give it a name (e.g. "80s Night Mix", "Saturday Session").
3
Add an optional description, then click Save.
4
Once saved, click "Manage Songs" to open the song editor and add the songs for this version.
5
Add songs by searching the library or pasting Spotify URIs. Each song gets mapped to a number (1–90).
6
Save the song list. The version now appears on the Venue Dashboard ready to launch.
You can have unlimited versions per venue. All active versions appear as tiles on the Venue Dashboard for one-tap launch.
Tip: Name versions by night or season (e.g. "Friday Classics", "Christmas Mix") so your hosts always pick the right playlist.

Live Promo Mode is one of the most powerful enterprise features. It lets you instantly push a full-screen overlay to every player's phone across all active games at your venue β€” great for bar specials, last orders, raffle announcements, or sponsor messages.

There are two places to manage Live Promo:

πŸ“‘ Content Manager β†’ Live Promo

Full configuration β€” choose type, upload images, add text, set CTA buttons, configure auto-dismiss.

πŸ“‘ Venue Dashboard β†’ Live Promo

Quick toggle for on-the-fly activation. Basic text/image promo that can be pushed and pulled instantly.

1
Go to Content Manager β†’ Live Promo.
2
Choose a Promo Type:

β€’ Select Content β€” pick from your existing promotions and upcoming events. They cycle as a slideshow.
β€’ Text Only β€” headline + body text with a coloured background.
β€’ Images β€” one or more images in slideshow format.
β€’ Image + Text β€” image with headline and body text overlay.
3
Fill in the relevant fields (images, text, CTA button).
4
Optionally set Auto-Dismiss in seconds (0 = players must close it manually).
5
Click Save Promo.
6
Toggle the Live switch at the top to activate. The overlay immediately appears on all player phones. Toggle off to remove it.
The Live Promo affects all active games across your venue simultaneously. Make sure your promo is saved and correct before activating.
Tip: Use Select Content mode to reuse your promotions and events β€” no need to re-enter content. Tick the items you want and they cycle automatically.

Once your venue is set up, here's how a typical event night flows:

1
Log in and go to Venue Dashboard (accessible from the Dashboard or Manage Enterprises page).
2
To start a new game, click any game tile in the "Start a Game" section, or β€” for Numbers Bingo β€” click Launch next to a Big Day Version.
3
On the event creation or host page, an access code is generated. Share this code or the QR code with your players so they can join on their phones.
4
Players visit the app URL and enter the code (or scan the QR). They enter their name and their bingo card is generated instantly.
5
As the host, use the Host Control Panel to call numbers/songs, reveal answers (for trivia), and manage the game flow.
6
Open the Display Screen (TV icon β†’ opens fullscreen in a new window) on a projector or large screen for the room to see called items.
7
When a player shouts Bingo, verify their card using the Player Progress panel in the host view.
8
At any time, use Live Promo from the Venue Dashboard to push a bar special or sponsor message to all player phones.

Active Games Panel

The Venue Dashboard shows all your currently active events. Each row has two buttons:

Tip: If you're running multiple games simultaneously (e.g. different rooms), each game has its own access code and host panel. The Venue Dashboard shows all of them in one place.

The Enterprise Host Page (/EnterpriseHost) is your public-facing branded page. Think of it as your venue's home page inside the app β€” players can bookmark it or arrive via a QR code on your bar/venue signage.

❓ My team member can't see the Enterprise pages

Make sure their email in the team members list exactly matches their platform login email. Also confirm their role is "admin" or "host" β€” viewers cannot manage content.

❓ The player page shows no content

Content is only shown if it's been saved AND marked as active. Check the Promotions, Events, and Sponsors tabs in Content Manager and ensure the items are toggled "Active/Visible".

❓ Live Promo is saved but I can't activate it

You must save the promo first before the toggle activates it. If the toggle is grayed out, save the promo form first, then try toggling it on.

❓ Corporate Branding doesn't seem to apply to my games

Corporate Branding must be toggled ON and saved. Also confirm the venue is active and the game was started from that venue's host flow.

❓ Can I have different branding for different events?

Currently one Corporate Branding profile exists per venue. For a different brand, create a second venue record. You can have multiple venues.

❓ Big Day Versions don't appear on the Venue Dashboard

Versions only appear if they are marked as active. Check the Big Day Versions tab in Content Manager and ensure the version's status is active.

❓ How many players can join a game?

There is no hard limit. Hundreds of players can join simultaneously. The display screen and host panel are designed for large groups.

❓ Can players use the game on their own phone without the app?

Yes β€” players join via a web browser using the game URL and access code. No app download required.

❓ How do I end an event?

From the host page, use the end/close game button. Alternatively, from the Dashboard or Venue Dashboard, you can deactivate the event.

Still need help?

Contact the support team via Dashboard β†’ Support or the Contact page. Include your venue name and a description of the issue.
